“If You See My Brother”

If you see my brother on the road
Reaping from the seeds he’s sown
Won’t you take a little off his load
If you see my brother on the road
If you see my brother on the road

If you see my sister on the street
And the world has knocked her off her feet
Lend a hand of love when you meet
If you see my sister on the street
If you see my sister on the street

The Lord said of the least of these:
‘As you’ve done to them, you’ve done to me.’
Saint or sinner, strong or weak
‘If you love me, then you’ll feed my sheep’
‘If you love me, then you’ll feed my sheep’

Jesus left so long ago
When he’ll return, I do not know
But while we live down here below
Let us help each other as we go
Help each other as we go

The Lord said of the least of these:
‘As you’ve done to them, you’ve done to me.’
Saint or sinner, strong or weak
‘If you love me, then you’ll feed my sheep’
‘If you love me, then you’ll feed my sheep’

So if you see my brother
If you see my sister
If you see my Jesus
Love each other as we go
Let us love each other as we go
We must love each other as we go
